Brew Master / Senior Brew Master is responsible for preparing hot and cold beverages and food products as per the SOP; follow the 4 steps of guest service and maintaining the cleaning & hygiene aspects of the store.
Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Greets every guest with a genuine smile and eye contact.
2. Serves every product with smile and hospitality comment.
3. Thank every guest for his / her visit.
4. Knows the definition and process of brewing a perfect espresso.
5. Is able to froth the milk and make coffee as per the standard.
6. Has the basic knowledge about coffee beans and coffee machine.
7. Knows the descriptions, recipe and serving standards of all hot and cold beverages.
8. Knows the descriptions, basic ingredients and serving standards for all food items from the menu.
9. Knows the six food safety rules and demonstrate them while working.
