Come Spring and Barista has launched its stimulating fresh menu, “Flavours of Spring” that features a selection of beverages and desserts.

In sync with the ‘fresh’ appeal of spring, Barista has now blended natural extracts of blackberry and lychee in its fruit smoothies & freshly brewed iced teas. Barista also brings together international flavours with rich coffees like Caffe Irish and Caffe Twist that have flavors of Irish Cream and Triple Sec (a non alcoholic liqueur made from oranges). For those with a sweeter tooth- Barista has now launched its new Coffee & Pineapple cakes. An Italian special, the coffee cake is a moist cake layered with coffee flavoured cream and almond flakes. The rich pineapple & cream cake is layered with chunks of juicy pineapples & enrobed in a forest of white chocolate flakes.

As part of the spring season, the Espresso Bars would sport a subtle change - Glass Facades, Table Menus and a comprehensive line of merchandise. Barista aims at bringing a soothing effect through refreshing colours & new elements. The new look would communicate the freshness and vitality of the new range complimenting the spring season.
